Terms and Conditions

1. Guests are expected between 5pm and 7pm on day of arrival.
   During your stay rooms are normally available from 4.30pm daily.
2. A £40 deposit is requested per room. International guests may pay via IBAN or PayPal.
   Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. We would strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost if you think there is any possibilitiy of cancellation.
3. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms on the day of departure by 10am.
4. No children under the age of 16.
5. Credit cards are not accepted. Cash or Cheque in Pounds Sterling.
6. Sadly, we are unable to accept dogs.
7. We have a no smoking policy throughout the house.
8. We are not always able to accept bookings for one night at weekends during the high season. A minimum booking of two nights is required at these times.
